Graffiti has some real art form to it. Tags are like dogs peeing on a tree. Tag the taggers. Photograph them and bill their parents/ and or make them serve time picking up trash/ cleaning up their tags. Also have them sentenced to a street corner with a sign I am a tagger and I got caught for several days. Put the photos of taggers in the newspaper and let the public be on the watch for these vandals. It is time to ban together and say enough is enough. Graffiti and tags are not the same.
